We had a wonderful Easter weekend!!
We got to listen to inspired words of wisdom
from our prophet and church leaders
and my mom and Kraig came for a short visit.
PLUS, Nate's parents get home from Austria tonight!
LIFE IS GOOD!!!
I thought this was a great Easter video:
"Because He lives, each one of us can experience help, hope, and healing
every day of our lives."
Sunday Snookums
(this was the week before Easter)
Neighborhood Egg Hunt

New Bowls Selfie:
The Easter bunny stopped at Costco early!
THANKS MOM!!
Easter Bonnet Extravaganza!
Mabel chose all the accessories for her bonnet complete with the little chick right on top! She looked so cute wearing it around all day.
We love having Nana at our house. When my mom left Mabel pouted and said, "I think I need to cry." Me too Mabel, me too.

Great Grandma Naylor!

Chillaxin' with the fam:
Having Nate around is pretty much the best thing ever. Is it time for him to retire yet? We love daddy!
Telestrations:
My mom and Kraig brought out this new game that is
kind of like telephone but you draw the words. It was hilarious
and we had a blast playing it over and over again.
These are two of Nate's sketches that made me laugh
so hard! He is fun to sit by.

Easter Morning:
We stayed in our jammies all day and just relaxed and listened
to conference. "Stay by the Tree," was one of my favorite talks (watch it HERE)
....but I need to relisten to 90% of them because you can only catch so much
while trying to wrestle a 10 month old!
We hauled the love sac out of Mabel's room and into
the living room...that thing is so comfy! I want it as my bed.
Another one of my favorite talks from conference was titled,
"We'll Ascend Together." You can watch it HERE.
It made me think about how thankful I am for the husband
and father that Nate continually strives to be. His patience, kindness, and
wisdom never ceases to amaze me. He make me want to do better,
and try harder. He forgives easily and is slow to judge.
Heavenly Father knew we needed each other to grow and learn.
"Thee lift me and I'll lift thee, and we'll ascend together."
