That thing looks REALLY weird! Is it just saline you use? My friend Connie is the master of cleaning out her sinuses with saline but I have never done or seen anything like the Netti Pot of whatever it is called!
Yes!! I don't have the actual Netti Pot because you can do the exact same thing with a cup...just be prepared to get a little wet. I really think it seems to help! Do you have a Netti Pot? I hope you start feeling better. We have been quarantined to our house for the past two weeks. Colds, ear infection and even PINK EYE! But we will survive and hope you do too!
