I have a friend who did the diaperless baby thing. I don't know what it entailed or what her role was, or if she followed through... but her child finally potty trained at 3. (After 3 years worth of pee and poop covering her house and several unfortunate incidents of finding her child eating her own poop.) I don't know if that is typical or not.
